Four more quarter-finals from the bottom half of the draws tonight at the Conference & Cultural Centre.

First up is world champion Nour El Sherbini, looking to claim for her third title in El Gouna, against Tinne Gilis. Then it’s Mohamed ElShorbagy, aiming for a fourth El Gouna title against Paul Coll, last year’s runner-up. The second women’s match sees Nele Gilis meet Salma Hany in a battle of 9/16 seeds, and finally it’s men’s defending champion Mostafa Asal against Mazen Hesham in a repeat of last year’ quarter-final.
