Day TWO : Round TWO at El Gouna Squash
The 11th edition of the El Gouna International continued today with 32 Round Two matches at the El Gouna Squash Centre as the seeded players entered the fray.
There were some significant upsets in the Women’s draw as fourth and sixth seeds Joelle King and Sarah-Jane Perry lost out to Nada Abbas and Tinne Gilis, as second seed Nour El Sherbini was taken to five games.
There were no significant upsets in the men’s draw, but Ali Farag and Tarek Momen were both takes the full distance, as was defending champion Mostafa Asal.
